Due to covid, expect some shipping delays. My turnaround window frame is 3 weeks for this restock since it is a higher volume restock. I currently do everything by myself and I like to ensure packaging quality as well my personal touch with every order.
Tracking will be provided and sent to your email used when checking out.
I unfortunately cannot replace stolen/lost items once tracking says “delivered” 
I’m a small business and a lot of the items that I make are either unique and sometimes cannot be replicated due to certain materials not being readily available.
